Guardianship work covers both adults and minors, including limited and plenary guardianships and guardian advocacy for adult children with developmental disabilities. A minor who receives a large lump sum may also need a guardianship of property. The firm treats adult guardianship as a last resort, used when a power of attorney, living will or health care surrogate will not serve.
